摘　　要：持久性有机污染物多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)具有持久性、高生物蓄积性和高生物毒性等特征,它在海洋中广泛存在并呈现出浓度不断增加的趋势,对海洋生物的潜在威胁受到广泛关注。本文综述了PBDEs的来源、特性及其在海洋环境中的含量分布和对海洋生物的危害,并对可能的作用机理进行了探讨。同时,对PBDEs在海洋环境中的研究重点和趋势进行了展望。Polybrominated diphenyl ethers（PBDEs） belong to persistent organic pollutants（POPs）,and have the main characteristics of environmental persistence,higher bio-accumulation,and higher biological toxicity.PBDEs distribute widely in marine environment and the concentrations are progressively increasing.Their toxicity on marine organisms and the possible effective pathway are the hot point of the present research.The resources,characteristics of PBDEs,their distribution in marine environment,and the potential threaten to marine organism are introduced in this paper.The possible effective mechanism is also discussed in the present study.And the research point and trend of PBDEs in marine environment are previewed.
