摘　　要：产业集聚是推动区域经济发展的重要力量。单一地区需求导向决定的围绕城市群的产业圈层集聚布局,可以实现获取市场和节省成本的需要,带来规模经济和范围经济的扩大,从而形成了该地区的比较优势。产业集聚带来的区域发展追求市场范围,区域之间必然面临激烈竞争和资源配置的非"帕累托最优"。产业集聚和区域经济发展的道路是产业圈层布局和区域差异化发展。Industry agglomeration is an important force to promote regional economic development.By means of the pattern of industry ring around urban clusters,a single region can save cost and have access to markets;it also brings economies of scale and economies of scope.Therefore,it forms region＇s comparative advantages.Industrial agglomeration promotes regional development and expands market,so it will bring fierce competition between regions and non-Pareto optimization in resource allocation.The way to promote industrial agglomeration and regional economic development is to carry out the pattern of industry ring and differential development of regions.
