摘  要:-0.9MPa甘露醇渗透胁迫处理,明显抑制绿豆幼苗下胚轴延伸生长和生长部位H+分泌,而且随胁迫时间延长抑制程度增大。PMH+-ATPase活性在渗透胁迫下先下降而后升高并超过对照水平。胁迫处理也使绿豆幼苗下胚轴生长区相对含水量(RWC)持续下降。在渗透胁迫下,绿豆下胚轴延伸生长与RWC和H+分泌之间都存在正相关性;而H+分泌和PMH+-ATPase之间,延伸生长和PMH+-ATPase之间无相关性。With -0.9 MPa D Mannitol treatment,the elongation growth (LER) and H + extrusion of mung bean seedling hypocotyl was significantly inhibited,and the inhibition was even more serious with treatment time.The PMH + ATPase activity under osmotic stress decreased first,then increased even above the control,maintaining in a high level.The RWC also declined continually with treatment.Under Osmotic stress,the RWC and H + extrusion both had positive correlation with LER,but the relationship between H + extrusion and PMH + ATPase activity,and that between LER and PMH + ATPase acti vity were not so correlative.These suggested that osmotic stress changed the role of PMH + ATPase in the processes of H + extrusion and elongation growth.
