摘  要:以驯化移栽的满天星试管苗为扦插母本,研究了生长素的种类、浓度、处理方式、处理时间及扦插基质、扦插环境等对满天星扦插生根的影响。结果表明:液体生长素比固体生长素(NAA生根粉)好,而液体中,IBA+NAA(1∶1)最好,IBA次之,NAA较差一些;生长素的浓度以800-1000μg·g-1较合适;生长素的处理以浸渍并结合喷雾,效果较好;在45d以内,随着时间的延长,生根率明显增加;扦插基质可用珍珠岩与草煤土或腐叶土等按1∶1的比例混合;一般扦插还是在大棚中进行为宜,且要保持温度低于30℃,湿度在85%以上。The influence of different growth regulators and their concentrations,their methods and time of treatment,different media,different environmental factors on Gypsophila taking root by making a cuttage were studied in this paper.The results showed:the liquid regulators were better than the solid regulator (eg.NAA powder),and the IBA+NAA(1∶1) was the best of the liquid kinds,and IBA was better than NAA.The concentrations of 800-1000 μg·g -1 growth regulators were suitable for making a cuttage.The treatments of growth regulators by both soaking and spraying were better.Within 45 days,the rooting rate obviously increased as cuttage making time increased.The media of cuttage may be made of pearlite+peat(1∶1).In summer,making a cuttage should be done in a plastichouse.
