摘　　要：综述了促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素调节生殖功能的新进展，内容包括这种激素在下丘脑、垂体和性腺水平上影响生殖功能的一系列实验证据。作者认为在今后关于这种激素影响生殖功能的研究中，阐明它调节生殖功能的外周机制当是不容忽视的课题。The Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing\ 100080,China) In the past ten years, investigations on the corticotropin releasing hormone (CRH) regulating reproductive function have internationally become one of the most active fields in reproductive biology. However, in our country, the researches in this field are still at the beginning stage. The recent progresses, including the authors' preliminary research results were reviewed. A number of evidences concerning CRH regulating reproductive function at the levels of hypothalamus, pituitary and gonad were presented. The authors suggested that, from now on, it should not be ignored to clarify the peripheral mechanism by which CRH regulates reproductive function.
