摘　　要：介绍了真空碳酸钾法脱硫制酸工艺概况以及在鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司的应用情况。在原设计基础上,对脱硫制酸系统进行了酸气管道、氢氧化钾管道、过程冷却器等局部改进。改进后工艺稳定,接触塔中SO2转化率由原来的97%提高到99%。This paper introduces the overview of the combination process of vacuum potassium carbonate desulphurization and sulfuric acid preparing and its application in Bayuquan Iron ＆ Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co. , Ltd.. The partial advancements for the desulphurization and sulfuric acid preparing system are carried out based on the original design, which include such systems as the acid gas pipe, the potash pipe and the process cooler. And thus the combination sys- tem runs stably and the conversion efficiency of SO2 in contact tower is increased from 97% to 99% after the process is improved.
