摘 要:粗煤泥分选是选煤生产的重要环节,其分选效果的好坏直接影响煤泥产品的产率和质量.针对古交矿区粗煤泥含量逐渐加大的现状,结合干扰床分选机的工作原理,对西曲矿区8号主焦煤粗煤泥进行煤泥筛分实验、干扰床分选实验和煤泥浮沉实验.根据实验结果及分析。评价干扰床分选机对西曲矿区8号主焦煤粗煤泥的分选效果.结果表明:干扰床分选机对西曲矿区8号主焦煤1-2mm和1-0.3mm这2个级别粗煤泥可能偏差娜分别达到0.152和0.242,分选效果较好.The separation of the coarse slime is an important part in coal preparation, and the separation efficiency of the coarse slime directly affects the yield and quality of product. Due to the status that the coarse slime of Gujiao Coal Mine is gradually increasing and by adopting the No. 8 coarse coking coal slime of Xiqu Coal Mine for the slime screening test, separation experiments of the teeter bed separator and the slime floating-sinking test is combined with the working principle of the teeter bed separator. According to the experimental results and analysis, the separation efficiency of the teeter bed separator to separate the No. 8 coarse coking coal slime of Xiqu Coal Mine is evaluated. The results show that: the Ep values that the teeter bed separator separate the coarse slime for the sizes range of 1-2mm and 1-0.3mm are respectively 0.152 and 0.242, and the separation efficiency of the teeter bed separator is good.
