激光超声波无损检测片剂硬度方法的研究

摘　　要：为了清楚地了解片剂的硬度与超声波速度之间的关系,利用激光照射到片剂上,通过测定出反射的声表面波速度,且对实验数据进行分析,从而得出片剂的硬度与声表面波速度之间的关系曲线。实验结果表明,随着片剂硬度的增加,反射的声表面波速度会减小。因此在片剂无损检测或在线快速检测等方面会有一定的研究价值。To distinctly find out the relationship between the rigidity of tablet and the ultrasonic speed,laser is emitted to the tablet and then we measure the speed of reflected surface acoustic wave and analyse the experimental data,finally get the tablet rigidity-wave speed curve.Experiments show that the speed will be slower and slower with the increasing rigidity of the tablet.The study is of reference value in tablet nondestructive testing or quick testing online,etc.
