摘　　要：根据西门子公司ATC系统地面信号联锁系统的特点,利用元件控制计算机(ECC)单元对这两个独立的信号总线网络的中继和耦合功能,既可实现既有线路系统的扩容,又能做到集中控制,从而大幅降低系统设备的投资与运营成本。According to the characteristics of ground signal interlocking system of ATC system from Siemens Company, using the element controlling computer (ECC) unit for the relay and coupling functions of these two independent signal bus network, can not only realize the extension of existing line system, but also achieve centralized control, thereby dramatically reducing system equipment investment and operation cost.
