摘 要:针对廉租住房租金补贴面过大而市场上可供租赁房源不够,低收入家庭往往不能将补贴资金落实到住房改善上来的问题,通过对武汉市低收入家庭住房改善意向、低收入家庭租赁房源市场,以及低收入家庭消费支出结构的调研与分析,论证了租金补贴方式所占比例过大是弱化武汉市廉租住房保障工作效果的一个重要原因,并就此提出了相关解决办法。As the advantages of convenient management and greater coverage under limited funds,the rental subsidies gradually become the main form of low-rent housing security in every province and city.However,if the proportion of rental subsidies was too large and the available houses on the market were not enough,the rental subsidies always cannot be effective in the improving of housing.Through the research and analysis of the housing improving intention,the rental housing market and the consuming expense structure of low-income families in Wuhan,it was demonstrated that the excessive proportion of rental subsidies is an important reason to weaken the security work.Some relevant solutions were then proposed.
