摘　　要：针对智能电网的建设发展思路和智能电表应具备或实现的对应功能,结合电力市场的应用需求,以电能表为终端数据单元,综合各项功能,表述智能电网所需的智能仪表应具备的各项功能和性能,结合对应标准进行了分析和阐述。This article focuses on the construction and development of ideas and the corresponding functions which the smart meters should have contained or achieved.Combining with the needs of electricity market application,all the functions and performances of intelligent instruments in the Smart grid are analyzed and elaborated.
