摘　　要：研究0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。试验结果表明,以0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体,成品轮胎性能满足使用要求,钢丝帘线强度稳定,同时可降低生产成本。The application of 0.25 ＋ 6＋ 12 × 0. 225 HT steel cord in TBR tire was investigated. The test results showed that the performance of finished tire met the specifications, the strength of steel cord was stable,and the production cost was reduced by replacing 3 ＋ 9 ＋ 15 × 0.22 ＋ 0. 15NT steel cord with 0.25＋6＋12×0. 225HT steel cord in carcass of TBR tire.
