普米克令舒、可必特、沐舒坦联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨普米克令舒、可必特、沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将112例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各56例,两组均采用综合治疗。治疗组加用普米克令舒、可必特、沐舒坦雾化吸入,两组治疗后对症状、体征改善时间进行比较。结果治疗组在缓解喘憋、缩短哮鸣音及咳嗽持续时间与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论普米克令舒、可必特、沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎患儿有显著疗效,且方便、简单、安全,适合儿童使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of inhalation of pulmicort respules, combivent and ambroxol on bronchiolitis. Methods 112 patients with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were treated with comprehensive therapy. Treatment group were assisted with inhalation of pulmieort respules, combivent and ambroxol. The clinical effect were evaluated after the treatment. Results The treatment group showed an improvement in respiratorysymptoms and sings compared with those in control group（P〈0. 01） Conclusion Inhalation of puhnicort respules, combivent and ambroxol suspension is effective and convenient for children pneumonia with few side effect.
