静脉滴注前列地尔治疗带状疱疹神经痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究静脉滴注前列地尔对带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法60例带状疱疹患者按随机化原则分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用静脉滴注前列地尔10μg/d,10天为1疗程;对照组采用肌肉注射维生素B1200mg/d,维生素B12500μg/d,10天为1疗程。结果治疗组治愈25例,对照组治愈1例,两组治疗有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=92.31,P<0.05)。结论静脉滴注前列地尔治疗带状疱疹可缓解疼痛。Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of lipoprostaglandin E1 in treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 60 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided to the group of therapy and the group of control, the patients of therapy were treated with lipoprostaglandin E1 and the patients of control were treated with VitB1 and VitB12. Results The cure cases of therapy were higher than the control （25 cases/1 Cases, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is effective to treat herpes zoster neuralgia with lipoprostaglandin E1.
