摘　　要：随着《联合国海洋法公约》进入新一轮修订期,各国都要在2009年5月13日前提交"领海基线声明",用以重新审议岛屿主权。正是这次大规模修订,使得我国南海地区进入主权领土争夺的多发期,如何应对越南、菲律宾等国对中国南海岛礁的侵占,千年来海洋观念的淡薄,成为目前中国亟待解决的问题。With the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea entered a new round of amendments to view in 2009,relevant Statement of the territorial sea baseline＂ on May reconsider the island＇s sovereigntY. The South states should submit ＂a 13 2009r,which is used to China Sea entered into Sovereignty battle multi-period because of the Large-scale amendments. Before everything else we must recommend solutions for South China Sea dispute and defend the sovereignty.of the South China Sea.
