摘　　要：介绍了网络电视的优势和发展情况,对广电网络公司的传统电视业务如何应对网络电视的严峻挑战提出了自己的看法,认为互联网时代,传统电视行业里,只有电视制作机构有存在的必要,传播方式完全可以被颠覆。This article describes the advantages of network television and the development of the traditional television broadcasting network. It presents how to deal with the IPTV business challenges. It holds that on the age of the Internet and in the traditional TV industry, only the television production sector is necessary. And the means of communication can be completely overturned.
