养心草宁心安神不同提取部位对小鼠镇静催眠作用的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的筛选养心草宁心安神有效部位。方法观察养心草不同提取部位对小鼠自主活动的影响、协同阈剂量及阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠对小鼠睡眠实验的影响效果,从而筛选出养心草宁心安神有效部位。结果养心草醇提液萃取的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部分均能明显减少小鼠自主活动数、延长小鼠睡眠时间和增加小鼠入睡只数。结论养心草宁心安神的有效部位为养心草醇提液萃取的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部分。Objective To select the effective parts of Sedum aizoon L. which has tranquilizing mind effect. Methods The effects of different extracted parts of Sedum aizoon L. on the autonomic activities of mice and Pentobarbital Sodium in threshold dose and subthreshold dose on the sleep experiment of mice were observed through pharmacological experiment, then the effective parts of Sedum aizoon L. which has tranquilizing mind effect were selected. Results Acetic ether and n-butanol extracted from alcohol extract of Sedum aizoon L. could obviously decrease the autonomic activities in mice, prolong the sleeping time, and increase the amount of sleeping mice. Conclusion The effective parts of Sedum aizoon L. which has tranquilizing mind effect were acetic ether and n-butanol extracted from alcohol extract of Sedum aizoon L.
