摘　　要：简述了脉冲清灰机理及清灰过程,阐述了脉冲袋式除尘器喷吹均匀性对运行阻力和滤袋寿命的影响,采用数值模拟方法对几种工程中常用的喷吹管的喷吹均匀性进行了验算,并结合工程实际给出了均匀性较理想的喷吹管喷嘴孔径及其分布,以供设计参考。This paper describes the mechanism and process of pulse deashing, and the pulse bag filter blowing uniformity influences on the running resistance and the filter bag life. Numerical simulation is adopted to check the uniformity of several kinds of blow pipes commonly used in the project and the blow pipe nozzle aperture with perfect uniformity and distribution is given combined with the ongineering application to provide references in practical design.
