摘　　要：打造人文浙江是浙江文化大省建设的核心内容,其含义是在社会主义核心价值体系引领下,贯彻人文理念,崇尚人文精神,提升浙江公民的人文素养和人文精神。当前,特别要围绕以人生理想、信念、信仰等为核心的价值观念的树立,以诚信、责任、感恩、敬畏等为主要内容的社会基本道德的培育和以民族历史文化和世界文明知识等为基础的文明涵养的提升,着力建设"责任政府"、"诚信企业"、"文明公民"和"人文社会"。Building a humanistic province is the key of constructing a potent Cultural province of Zhejiang.Its aim is to achieve the implementation of humanistic concept,respect of humanity and enhancement of civil characters and humanistic spirit of Zhejiang citizens within the framework of socialist values and ethics.Under the circumstances,the effective approach should be the cultivation of life goal,beliefs and other core values while advocating essential virtues and morals,such as honesty,responsibility,thankfulness,and respect among the civilians,supported by the improvement of civil characters including an awareness of national history,national culture and world civilization.The successful construction of a 'responsible government','trustworthy enterprises','cultured citizens' and 'humanistic society' will fully embody a desired Zhejiang province with profound cultural charms.
