摘　　要：SO3磺化生产经常会出现这样的问题．即磺化器的结焦处理及标定。本文介绍列管磺化器的一种快速冲洗工艺及反应管头部装配结构，调节烷基苯流量原理标定方法，以供参考。The production of SO3 sulfonation is in common present a problem, that is coking disposal and demarcate of the sulfonator. This article introduces a kind of rapid rinse technology of the multituble sulfonator and the assembly form. The tenet adjusting the flowrate of sulfonated alkeylbenzene and demarcate method of the reaction tube head. For reference only.
