摘 要:制备了环保型化学抛光液HB,并对中碳钢、低碳钢和不锈钢五金工具进行化学抛光。通过元素分析、数字显微镜和扫描电镜研究了抛光液固含量、组成对试样表面腐蚀度和光洁度的影响,并与市售抛光液进行了比较。结果表明,由柠檬酸、光亮剂、螯合剂和复合表面活性剂等组成的固含量约为25%(质量分数)的抛光液HB-3的抛光效果较好。对抛光液HB的抛光机理进行了探讨,认为材料表面微凸区和微凹区金属离子扩散速度差异导致金属溶解速度不同,使得材料表面逐渐被整平而光洁。The environmentally-friendly chemical polishing agent (coded as HB) was prepared and applied to the hardware tools made of medium-carbon steel, low-carbon steel and stainless steel. The effects of solid content and composition of chemical polishing agent on the extent of corrosion and surface finish of the samples have been studied by elemental analysis (EA), digital microscope (DM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the chemical polishing agent HB-3, containing citric acid, brightener, chelating agent and combined surfactant and having 25% solid content, exhibits excellent performance, comparing with other commercial chemical polishing agents. The polishing mechanism of HB was discussed. It is suggested that the better polishing effect of the HB polishing solution is due to the difference in diffusion rate of metal ions between micro-dents and micro-bulges on the surface of steel resulting in the difference in solubility of respective areas, thus making the surface smooth and bright.
