摘　　要：知识转移不仅是管理学领域研究的热点,同时也受到国际贸易、产业分析、人力资源以及市场营销等多个研究领域的关注。学术界和企业界均已认识到知识转移在企业获取利润、赢得竞争优势中的作用。文章分别回顾了组织内部和组织外部利益相关者之间知识转移的定义、转移过程、转移障碍及其相关的影响因素和作用结果,并在总结现有研究成果的基础上提出了未来研究的建议。Knowledge transfer is not only hotspot in management research area, but also attracts attention from international business, industry analysis, human resource and marketing research areas.Both scholars and managers have realized that the key role played by corporation to gain profits and obtain competitive advantage. This paper reviews the definition, process, barrier, cause and effect of knowledge transfer both in and between organizations. Based on the summary of existing research, this paper provides some future research advices.
