摘  要:在一台国Ⅲ柴油机上进行了基于EGR的满足国Ⅳ排放的柴油机燃烧系统开发。在基于VGT的EGR系统的基础上,系统研究了燃烧室参数、EGR率和喷油参数等对柴油机性能和排放的影响,确定了最终的国Ⅳ燃烧系统优化方案。研究表明,降低压缩比并对燃烧室结构进行优化,可以明显改善NOx和烟度之间的折衷;在该EGR系统上的某些工况下出现了NOx和烟度随着喷油定时的推迟而同时降低的趋势;通过综合优化,气体排放已达到国Ⅳ标准,碳烟有很大幅度的降低,十三工况加权油耗率略有降低。但采用该EGR方案会使压气机压比上升,压气机效率略有降低。该燃烧系统可在降低对后处理器要求的情况下满足国Ⅳ标准。Development of a state stage Ⅳ diesel engine combustion system based on EGR were carried out on an electronic control diesel engine.Using an EGR system based on VGT,the effect of combustion chamber,EGR ratio and injection parameters on diesel performance and emissions was investigated.Test result showed that by reducing the compression ratio and optimizing chamber structure,the trade-off between NOx and smoke could be improved.NOx and smoke simultaneously decrease with retarded injection timings under some operating conditions.Gas emissions can meet the state stage Ⅳ emission standard and soot get a dramatic reduction compared with that of the original level.Intake pressure ratio of compressor increases and compressor efficiency declines slightly.The combustion system can meet the next stage emission standard while reducing the requirement of exhaust aftertreatment devices.
