摘 要:内燃机在运行时,各种机械行为是同时发生的。基于这种理念,提出一种求解曲轴-轴承系统动力学、摩擦学和刚度、强度的"捆绑式"分析方法。该方法首先通过曲轴-轴承系统动力学和摩擦学耦合分析,计算出动态油膜压力,然后动态施加于曲轴表面计算曲轴动应力。着重讨论曲轴倾斜和轴瓦弹性变形对曲轴-轴承系统动力学、主轴承摩擦学和曲轴动应力的影响。研究发现,曲轴倾斜和轴瓦变形对主轴承摩擦学和曲轴动应力的影响较大,对曲轴-轴承系统动力学影响相对较小。Various mechanical behaviors occur during internal combustion engine operation.A systematical method,named as "binding method",is used to analyze the multi mechanical behaviors of crankshaft-bearing system,including dynamics tribology stiffness and strength.Coupling analysis between dynamics and tribology in crankshaft-bearing system is conducted to obtain the dynamical oil film pressure of bearings,and dynamical stress is calculated by dynamically imposing oil film pressure on crankshaft journal surface.The dynamical response of the system,trobological property of main bearings and dynamic stress of crankshaft are studied emphatically considering misalignment of crankshaft and elastic deformation of bearing bush.Numerical results show that misalignment of crankshaft and elastic deformation of bearing bush have large influence on trobological property of bearings and dynamic stress of crankshaft,and small influence on dynamical response of system.
