摘 要:通过优化气化温度,提高了氧化微库仑法测定原油总氯含量的准确度;比较了不同原油无机氯、有机氯含量的分析方法,认为ASTM D6470方法的无机氯测定结果比SY/T0536方法更具权威性,氧化微库仑法总氯与D6470法无机氯之差得到的有机氯含量比ASTM D4929方法更为可靠。提出了氧化微库仑测定总氯、ASTM D6470方法测定无机氯、差减法得到有机氯的原油中不同形态氯含量的分析方案。By optimizing sampling temperature, the accuracy of oxidative microcoulometric method for determining total chlorine content in crude oils is improved. Through the comparison of various methods for measuring inorganic and organic chlorine content, it is concluded that for inorganic chlorine content the test result of ASTM D6470 is more authoritative than that of SY/T 0536 method; for organic chlorine content using the difference between total chlorine content from microcoulometric method and inorganic chlorine content from ASTM D6470 is more credible than that of ASTM D4929 method. Finally an analytical scheme for measuring the total chlorine, inorganic and organic chlorine contents in crude oils is proposed, i.e. oxidative microcoulometric method for total chlorine, ASTM D6470 for inorganic chlorine and using the difference between these two for organic chlorine.
