摘 要:火炮在连续射击过程中壁温升高可能导致弹药在留膛时发生危险或失效。通过对几种典型射击方式的传热过程进行数值模拟,分析了壁内温升曲线的分布特征,考察了射击模式以及壁厚对身管温度响应的影响。在弹丸膛内受热机理基础上建立了某型末制导炮弹滞留预热身管的数学物理模型,在此基础上预测了火炮最大射击工况下弹丸膛内安全停留时间及其身管厚度的影响,结果表明,条件允许时身管厚度的增加可以在一定程度上解决弹丸膛内滞留的热安全性问题。Taking a certain type gun system as research target,under different fire working conditions,the response characteristics of gun tube temperature was analyzed,and the influence of fire mode on the process of tube temperature increase was investigated.Based on the heating mechanism of projectile in bore,a mathematical-physical model of a certain type of terminally guided projectile healed in preheated tube was established.Based on this,the safe time of projectile healed in bore was predicted under the maximum fire condition of the gun,and influence of tube thickness was also discussed.The results showed that the increase of tube thickness is useful to solve the thermal security problem of projectile healed in bore to some extent under the state of condition permission.
