摘　　要：本文提出一种在三坐标测量机上基于坐标变换与自由曲线测量相结合的方法,扩大了测量范围,加快了测量速度,最终实现较大自由曲面的精密测量。实践证明,该方法具有测量精度高、操作简单、无需后续处理等特点。A measuring method based on combining coordinate transformation and curve measurement was introduced in CMM. By this method, extending the measuring range, accelerating the measuring speed, and ultimately, achieving precision measurement of the greater free-form surface. Experience demonstrates that the method has measuring high accuracy, operation is simple, without post-processing etc.
