摘　　要：文章分析了高校全自动智能录播系统的基本架构,介绍了流媒体格式文件生成系统、视音频信号采集系统、摄像跟踪定位系统、自动编辑系统与后台导播设计方案,对比了MPEG-4和H.264视音频压缩编码的依据和应用,最后以南华大学为例介绍了全自动录播系统的设计实践与应用。This paper analyzing the framework of campus＇ s automatic intelligent record-broadcast system in the universities, expounds the programs of video and audio signal acquisition, automatic tracking and shooting synchronous pickup, and briefly illustrates the automatic editing system and its basic working principle of the background module director, contrasts MPEG-4 with H. 264 compression format for streaming media encoding technology, in the end , it presents the practice of construction and application of automatic intelligent record -broadcast system in university of south china.
