摘　　要：企业自主研发信心是其自主创新行为的重要动力因素之一,从宏观制度、文化以及微观企业家精神分析自主研发信心问题,忽视了信心构建的动态性及企业层次在自主研发信心构建上的能动性。将企业自主研发信心分为内生性与外生性两类信心影响因素,对175家企业自主研发情况进行了调查。实证结果表明,我国企业自主研发信心的内生性影响因素,包括外部同行的自主研发示范的负向作用、拥有技术专家以及研发领先的正向作用,企业当前不具备稳定和累积性的内生性自主研发信心体系。提出通过构建企业外生性企业自主研发信心,激励和引导企业自主研发实践以及技术学习,不断增强和完善企业内生性自主研发信心体系,从而构建企业内生性自主研发信心体系,使企业真正成为自主创新主体的政策建议。Firm-level endogenous self-confidence of the indigenous RD is an important driver for firm indigenous innovation behavior.The existing research, which views the self-confidence problem as the macrolevel of the institution and culture or micro-level of the entrepreneurship problem, neglects the dynamic character and firm-level agency of the self-confidence cultivation.In this article, we differentiate the endogenous and exogenous self-confidence and test the relationship between endogenous self-confidence dimensions and indigenous RD self-confidence by the survey of the indigenous RD.The results show that the endogenous self-confidence has weak effect on the indigenous RD self-confidence through the famous scientists and advanced RD input, which means that there are lack valid and stable endogenous selfconfidence system currently.The indigenous RD behavior would rely on the exogenous self-confidence system greatly.In the end, we suggest that the government and industrial environment could provide the exogenous self-confidence and stimulate the firm to carry out indigenous RD and technical learning, which would make the firm establish endogenous self-confidence and as the indigenous innovation agency.
