摘　　要：链球菌、淋病奈瑟菌、流感嗜血杆菌是常见苛养菌,该菌培养条件苛刻,临床分离率低。本文就近几年来,苛养菌培养基成分的改良、生长结果的评价以及今后研究的方向等进行了综述。Streptococcus,Neisseria gonorrhoeae,and Haemophilus influenzae are common fastidious bacteria.Culture conditions for these bacteria are stringent,and low numbers of clinical isolates are obtained.This article summarizes topics like improvements in the composition of media to culture fastidious bacteria,assessments of growth,and directions for future research over the last few years.
