摘　　要：2005-2008年鄱阳湖都昌县靠近村旁草洲的钉螺活螺密度和有螺框出现率下降明显,但感染螺密度变化不大,而钉螺感染率不降反升。在疫情控制阶段人、畜血吸虫感染率得到了明显控制,但钉螺感染率未能同步下降,表明血吸虫病疫情控制存在潜在危险。The density of living snails and the percentage of plots with snails had decreased significantly from 2005 to 2008 in the marshlands near the villages of Duchang County in the Poyang Lake area,but the density of infected snails changed little and snail infection rates rose instead of falling.Schistosome infection rates in residents and animals were obviously controlled during the control of epidemics,but at the same time the snail infection rates failed to decrease,indicating that schistosomiasis control may face a potential epidemic.
