福州市高校学生课外体育活动的现状与对策

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和比较分析法,对福州市高校学生参加课外体育活动的现状及影响因素进行调查。结果显示:福州市高校学生课外体育活动参与率较高,但是强度和时间不足;还有一小部分从来不参加课外活动,其中女生占很大比例;高校学生参加课外体育活动的动机明确;活动的场所主要在本校体育场馆、学校空地和宿舍;球类是课外体育活动的首选项目;课外体育活动形式以与同学一起锻炼为主;主要影响因素为:没时间,无器材、无场地和无兴趣。The paper has conducted the investigation into situation and factors of the university students who take part in the after-class activites in Fuzhou City by literature review, questionairs, statistics and logic. The result reveals that the majority of university students are willing to participate in the after-class physical activities despite the insufficiency of the intensity and time, however, some of them never take part in the activities, especially the female students. Along with the definite motivations, the exercised facors lack time, equipment, place and interest, on the other hand, the palestra, space and dormitory are their favorite places. Balls are their favorite sports which they often play with their classmates.
