摘　　要：目的检测重症监护病房的革兰阴性杆菌对12种抗生素的耐药率,以指导临床用药。方法采用Etest药敏试验测定我院206株菌对12种抗生素的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果在12种抗生素中耐药性最低的是亚安培南(10.0%)、头孢他啶(16.0%)。结论亚安培南、头孢他啶对革兰阴性杆菌的耐药率最低。Objective To investigate the resistant rates of Gram-negative bacilli bisolated from ICU wards to 12 antibiotics.Methods Etest was used to detect the minimal inhibition concentration of 206 isolate against 12 antibiotic.Results In 12 antibiotics,imipenem and ceftazidime had the lowest overall resistant rates of 10.0% and 16.0%.Conclusion Imipenem and ceftazidime were the most effective agents to all detected Gram-negative strains.
