摘　　要：分析了国内外3G的发展现状,指出了国内3G未来的发展方向,提出了1种基于人体视听觉生理特征的移动可视电话的MOS评估方法。This paper analyzes present situation of 3G at home and abroad, pomtes out me Iuture development direction of the domestic 3 G, an evaluation method of testing video telephony service is proposed based on physiological characteristics of human audition and vision.
