摘　　要：随着IT软件项目的迅速发展,IT软件项目风险管理在项目管理中的作用越来越重要。我国在IT软件项目的发展过程中,存在开发实施难度大,软件应用困难,软件人才结构不合理等问题。针对这些问题,从系统工程理论的角度提出IT软件项目风险管理的逻辑维、知识维和时间维的三维结构。将IT软件项目涉及的开发过程、风险管理过程、风险管理方法等纳入到三维结构之中进行系统分析。With information technology project develop promptly, the efficiency of IT software project risk management is more and more important on project management. Under the charaeteristic of the project practice in China, designing the framework of risk management is useful. According to it, based on the theory of system engineering, the three framework of IT software project risk management is defined, which discusses the process of project design, risk management process and the method of risk management.
