摘　　要：搞好效益理财是高校"十一五"期间提高教育、教学质量,走"内涵"发展的关键.从树立效益理财理念、建立效益理财体制、搞好财务效益的过程管理、构建效益评价体系、提出效益评价方法和进行财务效益分析等六个方面探讨了高校效益理财机制的构建.Effective financing is the key to enhance the quality of education and teaching. We should set up the idea of effective financing, establish the mechanism of effective financing, manage the process of effective financing, build the evaluation system, put forward the methods for evaluation on effectiveness and carry on analysis on financing effectiveness.
