摘　　要：根据应急行动对通信保障的要求,提出了一种在固定通信设施被毁的救援和维稳地区快速部署机动式移动通信系统,构建应急移动通信网络的方法,并进行了计算机仿真和验证分析。研究结论对提高移动通信在应急行动中的通信保障能力具有重要意义。According to the requirement of emergency action on communication security,a fast deployed flexible mobile communication system is proposed in the areas where fixed communication facilities are destroyed and rescuing and stability maintaining actions are required. A method to construct an emergency mobile communica- tion network is also presented, the computer simulation is performed and analysis is made. The research is greatly significant for enhancing the ability of communication security of mobile communication in emergency actions.
