摘 要:浇注式沥青混凝土作为特殊铺装材料,在高速公路应用十分广泛。针对其在寒冷地区的应用,以其低温抗裂性能研究为重点展开系统的试验研究。采用不同温度下劈裂试验,评价沥青混合料的低温强度,试验结果表明浇注式沥青混凝土具有更低温度的脆点。通过劈裂蠕变试验,分析混合料蠕变柔量、蠕变速率与温度的关系,进而对比弯曲蠕变试验与劈裂蠕变试验方法与指标,明确了混合料与沥青胶浆低温力学性能的关系,最终提出了浇注式沥青混凝土低温抗裂性评价方法与指标。The guss asphalt, as a special paving material, has been used widely in expressway. Consi- dering the application in cold region, the anti-cracking performance had been systemically experimented and analyzed. The splitting strengths in different temperature were tested to evaluate the strength of asphalt mix- tures in low temperature. The test results show that the guss asphalt has lower brittle temperature. The rela- tionships among creep compliance, creep rate and temperature had also been analyzed through the splitting creep experiment. Then the difference between methods and indexes of flexible and splitting creep experiment were contrasted, the relationships between mixtures and mortars performance at low temperature had also been discussed. Finally, the evaluation methods and indexes for anti-cracking performance of guss asphalt were proposed.
