摘　　要：以《深圳市居住小区雨水综合利用规划指引》为例,介绍了低冲击开发理念在城市雨洪管理微观尺度的应用,实践证明,该指引在全市范围内明确了居住小区雨水利用的分区和分类,宏观规划指引及微观设计指引,并提出了与规划职能紧密结合的管理要求,是生态城市建设的重要抓手之一。Taking The Planning and Guidelines of Comprehensive Utilization of Rainfall in Residential Areas at Shenzhen City as example, it introduces the application of Low-Impact Development concept in urban rainfall management micro-scale. The guidelines clarifies the distributed areas of rainfall utilization in residential areas and classified macro-planning guidelines as well as micro design guidelines. It points out that the management requirements which closely connected with planning functions is the key hand grab of ecological city construction.
