摘　　要：介绍了城建档案是城市可持续发展的宝贵资源,是城市发展的真实记录,结合某市城建档案管理现状,分析了城建档案管理存在的问题,提出具体对策与设想,以提高城建档案管理水平。The paper introduces the files of urban construction is the precious resources for urban sustainable development, as well as the real record of the urban development, by combining with the current situation for the urban files management of some city, analysis on problems in files management of urban, and points out some factual strategies and design, so as to improve the management of the urban files.
