基于循环经济的辽宁省绿色物流体系构建研究

摘　　要：辽宁省不仅是中国重要的重工业基地,又具有发展现代物流产业的得天独厚的地理位置与港口资源优势。针对辽宁省环境问题已经十分突出的现状,发展循环经济和绿色物流成为促进辽宁省经济和社会可持续发展的必然选择。文章在探讨循环经济和绿色物流的关系的基础上提出,循环经济模式下,辽宁省应从绿色供应链物流体系和企业绿色物流体系出发,构建绿色物流体系。Liaoning province is an important heavy manufacturing base in China. Simultaneously, it has unique resources superiority of geographical position and harbor that can promote modem logistics. Aiming at prominent environmental issue in Liaoning province, developing circular economy and environmental logistics is an necessity option for the sustainable development. Based on the researching the relationship of circular economy and green logistics, this paper proposes that the green logistics system of Liaoning province under the mode of circular economy should include green supply chain logistics system and green internal logistics system.
