摘　　要：在Chiralcel OD-H手性柱上,反相、极性有机相色谱模式下对三唑类手性农药戊唑醇、三唑酮、戊菌唑、己唑醇进行了拆分。三唑酮、戊菌唑、己唑醇获得了基线分离(Rs>1.5),戊唑醇获得了部分分离。流动相极性和组成对样品的保留和手性分离有较大的影响。The enantioseparation of four triazole pesticides was performed on chiralcel OD-H column via reversed phase and polar organic phase modes.Baseline separation（Rs 1.5） of triadimefon,penconazole and hexaconazole was achieved.Partly separation of tebuconazole was obtained.The results showed that effects of polarity and composition of the mobile phase on the enantioseparation and retention would be remarkable.
