摘　　要：有效的职业决策对个人生涯的成功发展起着至关重要的作用,职业生涯初期的决策应是慎重而清晰的,否则生涯转化的成本会很高。本文通过对江苏10所高校和26家企事业单位的调查,结合生涯发展的理论研究,分析个人在职业决策初期阶段所遇到的问题,进一步从个人和组织层面的匹配角度提出阶段性的管理方案。It is significant of effective career decision-making for the successful development of career. The cost of career-conversion will be high unless the early career decisions are careful and clear. In this paper, with the investigation of 10 universities and 26 enterprises in Jiangsu, and the theoretical study of career development, the problems encountered on the early stage of career decision-making are analyzed. In addition, from the individual and organizational level, the stage management program is proposed from the angle of matching the individual to organization.
