摘　　要：简单介绍了两种四缸汽车发动机离合器壳铸件消失模模具结构特点、工艺技术要求;重点介绍其消失模模具设计中泡沫模样分模、吹料口、镶块、活块、上/下模体框、模样本体、上/下模定位结构及其模具连接件等主要结构和零件的优化设计、方案优选等。The structure features and techology requirements of full mold casting die and mold of clutch hull castings of two automotive engine with four cylinders have been briefly introduced with emphasis on optimizing design of main structure and parts such as pattern parting, feeding blowing hole, inlay, frame and patterns in details.
