摘　　要：介绍了改性蒙脱土的理化性能,对改性蒙脱土在纯棉纱线上浆时浆液、浆纱性能做了测试与分析,并给出合理的浆液配方和上浆工艺。改性蒙脱土在使用过程中无污染,与其他浆料、助剂相容性好,易渗透,上浆质量好,缺点是有落物。In this article are introduced the physical and chemical properties of modified kaolinite with the performances in sizing pure cotton yarn by use of modified kaolinite tested and analyzed. A reasonable size composition and sizing technology are given. Sizing quality is better with no pollution made in use of modified kaolinite which could be well used together with other sizes and additives.
