摘  要:探讨棉纺细纱机在前区及后区附加压力棒对纺制C15.1 tex纱线成纱质量的影响,分析细纱机附加压力棒的纺纱机理和效果,并对有无压力棒的成纱质量进行对比,确定了细纱机的牵伸倍数。结果表明:在附加压力棒下纱线的质量指标明显改善。细纱机在牵伸倍数为1.1时成纱质量达到最优,纱线的毛羽、成纱条干CV值、+200%棉结、+50%粗节、-50%细节和强力明显改善。In this paper is explored the effect of added pressure bars in the front and hack areas of cotton spinning frame on C15.1tex formed yarn quality with the mechanism and the effect of added pressure bars analyzed. The draft multiple of spinning frame is determined by compared the formed yarn quality made with and with no additional pressure bars. The result shows that the formed yarn quality index is significantly improved by added pressure bars of the frame. When the draft multiple of the spinning frame is set to 1.1, the formed yarn is of best quality with yam hairiness, yarn evenness CV, neps + 200%, + 50% thick section, -50% thin section and yam strength significantly improved.
