摘 要:探讨了58.3 tex 75/25苎麻/棉转杯纺混纺纱的生产工艺。根据原料的性能特点,分析了纺纱工艺配置情况,介绍了各工序的主要工艺参数,对纱线的质量进行了测定。实践表明,转杯纺纱中纺杯转速、分梳辊转速、工艺风压等工艺参数对苎麻/棉混纺纱的性能有较大影响,在生产中应重点控制。经过工艺优化生产出的苎麻/棉混纺纱断裂强度高,强力CV低,条干CV小,麻粒杂质小,成纱质量明显提高。In this paper is discussed the process of 75/25 58.3 tex ramie/cotton blended rotor spun yarn. Based on the property of the used raw material, arrangement of spinning processes is analysed, key technological parameters in developing of ramie/cotton rotor spun yarn are introduced and the quality of the blended rotor spun yarn is tested. The practice shows that the rotor speed, carding miler speed and air pressure have great impact on the performances of ramie/cotton rotor spun yarn and need to be controlled as a key in the production. The ramie/cotton blended rotor yarn produced by use of an optimized process has higher teusile strength, lower strength CV value, smaller yarn evenness CV value and smaller neps and the quality of the formed yarn increases significantly.
