摘 要:研究表明,运动过程中人体皮肤表面的热量和湿度的分布不同。通过将不同性能面料在服装不同部位进行拼接,设计出一种新型运动服,以实现最大的热湿舒适性。新型运动服采用服装设计中常用的拼接技术,由5种天然面料制成,穿着试验在人工气候室标准环境中进行。分析主观评价和客观测量实验数据表明,采用新型拼接设计的运动服装在运动过程中表现出良好的热湿舒适性,各项指标优于10种单一面料制成的运动服。因此,根据人体表面热湿差别化分布运用面料拼接设计对运动服进行创新设计具有实际意义。The aim of this work is to design a new sportswear by assembling different kinds of fabrics in clothing to achieve maximum thermal - wet comfort based on heat and moisture differential distribution on skin surface during sporting which is found and validated in our research. The new sportswear was made of five kinds of nature fabrics which were widely applied in sportswear design, and the wearing trials were condueted in a standard environmental chamber. The experimental result shows that the subjective sensation and objective measurements related to thermal - wet comfort of new assembling sportswear are much better than that of the ten sportswear made of single fabric. This design by assembling different kind of fabrics based on heat and moisture differential distribution on skin surface is of practical significance in sportswear design ereation.
