摘 要:为解决目前煤矿井下固定瓦斯传感器不能方便地随着采掘工作面的推进而跟踪前进和不易在窄小的巷道布置瓦斯监测点的问题,设计了一种基于无线射频技术的主动式微波射频识别瓦斯传感器。在模块化设计其硬件结构的基础上编制了简洁的控制软件,研究了井下巷道环境的无线通信特点,并据此确定了无线通信方式,给出了传感器与阅读器间的无线通信流程及其关键技术。该传感器具有监测实时性强、数据容量大、作用距离远、功耗低和移动灵活等优点。An active microwave radio-frequency identification gas sensor based on the radio-frequency technology was designed in order to solve the problems that the underground fixed gas sensor can't be conveniently moved with the advance of the heading face and the gas monitoring points can't be arranged in the narrow roadway. The simple control software was programmed on the base of the modular design of the hardware and the radio communication characters in mine environment were studied. In view of the above,the radio communication mode was thus determined and the radio communication flow and several key technologies between the gas senor and reader were given. This novel active RF identification gas senor has the advantages of strong real-time monitoring,large data capacity,long action distance,low power consumption and easy movement.
