摘　　要：应用流动相中添加β-环糊精法,建立了HPLC法测定积雪草总苷中的积雪草苷、羟基积雪草苷和积雪草苷B的含量。采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-4mmol/Lβ-环糊精溶液(25︰75)流动相,检测波长204nm。积雪草苷、羟基积雪草苷和积雪草苷B均在2～20μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.25%、98.41%和100.15%,RSD分别为1.12%、1.21%和1.20%。An HPLC method,with the addition ofβ-cyclodextrin in the mobile phase,was established for the determination of asiaticoside,madecassoside and asiaticoside B in the extract of Centella triterpenes.A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-4 mmol/L ofβ-cyclodextrin solution（25∶75）at the detection wavelength of 204 nm.The calibration curves of asiaticoside,madecassoside and asiaticoside B were linear in the range of 2-20μg. The average recoveries were 99.25%,98.41%and 100.15%,with the RSDs of 1.12%,1.21%and 1.20%,respectively.
